  2. It's easy to judge other people, so before you do so, hear their story.

  3. Our stories connect us as humans. They remind us that we're all facing struggles

  4. We all want to be seen and heard. Take time to ask questions and get curious about a person.

  5. Your life experiences mold you into the person you are. Even it's been years, you'll have imprints from those experiences.
